1. Fixed Price Guarantee

Our "Fixed Price" refers to standard unblocking tasks as defined by the engineer upon site arrival. Specialist repairs like relining or excavation are quoted separately based on CCTV evidence.

2. Arrival Times

Our 60-minute arrival target is subject to local engineer availability and traffic conditions. We strive for transparency via our Live Dispatch tracking.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled engineer arrival to avoid a minimal dispatch fee.
